3. Client Data Security

Assets, brand guidelines, and proprietary code shared during the development process are stored securely. Upon project completion and handover, sensitive credentials are purged from local development environments.

4. Liability

As a freelance developer, I am not liable for any false, misleading, or copyrighted information provided by clients for publication on their respective websites. Clients retain full ownership and legal responsibility for their content.

5. Portfolio & Attribution Rights

Unless the premium White-Label / Privacy Add-on is explicitly purchased during the contracting phase, Ankur Builds (operating as Minks) reserves the right to:

• Include a discreet "Built by Minks" or similar developer attribution link in the footer of the completed website.
• Feature the completed project, including screenshots, performance metrics, and technical descriptions, in public portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials.

If a client requires total anonymity or a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) preventing public association with the developer, the White-Label fee must be settled prior to project launch.
